Does anyone have a good source on how we ended up having Church today? How, who developed what the way we operate in church? i good never find a good place to read about this.

I don't know how we got to where we are today, but I do know what the Church did in the early days.

[i]So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the churh daily those who were being saved.
It has morphed a little since then. :-)
