starting a church??

I was considering starting a church, and I was wondering if anyone here has started one themselves??
If so..what good books is there to read or tapes to hear??

The Bible... particularly the part that says "unless the Lord builds the house"... you'll labor in vain.

I know of a house church that was started in Colorado by some dear souls that I know. you should check out their site and maybe contact them for councel. They are truely blessed.
