tears of joy...I respect your thoughts and the same time I havent been on this site in a while. I dont believe in cutting out certain topics because of someones emotions.
I did get to read alot of the posts earlier this month...
I want to add someonething that I heard years ago...A pastor was praying for a minister who was addicted to cocaine. There were thousands of people in attendance. The pastor looked at the congregation and said "what are you looking at those of you who cant put the fork down". Another words the minister was addicted to a drug, but ALOT of christians are addicted to food.
There is a MUCH GREATER problem with christians overeating in PUBLIC, and PRIVATE.
I read alot about moderation in alocohol consumption. Then I read about WINE...whats the difference in WINE, beer, "mixed drinks"??? They all have alcohol in them some more then another.
I was wondering how many have a problem with drinking alcohol and have a their own problem with eating to much or eating unhealthy food???
I have rarely ever seen a christian eat all healthy food. Talk about a witness!! I cant believe some christian would slam another for drinking alcohol in moderation and then pull upto Mcdonalds drive???!! or heart attack drive thru.
The foods we eat is so bad for us...WHERES the conviction for unhealthy food. Unhealthy food affects our family and our witness in public.
