I am in the midst of a SQL database upgrade, the forums and all other parts of the site should be operational fully in 20-30 minutes.

oh, good, I thought it was just me...
It appears the database is still transferring on the forum end of things. You can make new threads but to reply to old threads is fully not capable at this point.
