Brother Jordan, this hit me like a ton of bricks. To think that you would care enough to start a Site just for the persecuted, just amazes me in this day and age. I love the VOM first as my favorite site - but to think someone from here would put up such a Blog just floored me with that bittersweet feeling that's hard to express. How needed these sites are and how incredibly great that He would lay this on you.
I'm honored to meet anyone with this burden. I don't feel words can adequately express this feeling, except for awed, so please just know how highly I think of your burden and you'll have my prayers and I'll pass your site on to others now.

Thank you for your prayers and words of encouragement. :-) If my family was being persecuted for Jesus I'd really appreciate it if other Christians knew about and were praying for us, so with that mind set I blog.

Brother Jordan, God bless your heart.
I've read just about every Richard Wurmbrand they had back when, and many are no longer in print. I feel I owe that man more than any.
He surely leaves you with the impression that, unless your mind and heart and prayers are with our brothers and sisters that are being persecuted, than we shouldn't expect anyone to be there for us in that way, when our time comes.
That should never be our only reason for caring for anyone - but because they are "one" with us.
We're One Body and whatever happens to them, we should be feeling deeply.
Thank you again and yes, we will continue to pray for our brethren, His Body and I know they're praying for "us".
When you suffer like that, you can't help but think about others.
