I didnt get to go the revival conference in October...I was wondering if anyone spoke with Carter Conlon from Times Square church about what he thought of revival in America...?? I'm not talking about his message but if anyone heard him in a conversation??
I was able to spend some time with him while having lunch in New York City about a month ago. This was right after I heard him preach this message:
Reprobates and Trembling Nations by Carter Conlon

I was able to witness a prayer meeting mid-week at TSC where God came in a special way and over 1000+ people were responding to God in full consecration and prayer for New York City. I believe brother Carter's emphasis is on personal revival and preaching that changes lifes. I am sure he desires as we all do a national awakening but his heart is more towards God is working now and using servants such as himself.
There is no argument to the fact that God is using brother Carter and TSC and there is a touch of revival there. But towards America being set on fire with revival and masses coming to Christ, that is not the case.
I share a heart for both personal revival and responsibility towards revival and also the great "hope" and burden towards a larger awakening.
I personally think the second at this time in history is more important then the first. We need God soley to work to change anything around.
