May the grace of God through our Lord Jesus Christ be on you all. Merry Christmas!
Do I have to use KJV? I love the ESV. I will use KJV if it is necessary, but my preference is to the ESV.

The KJV bible simply has the most history, depth and strength of what a english bible translation should have. But as I said these days I have a ESV I am trying to read on the side.

Hi Dave,
Check out this link http://www.kjvonly.org/ for some interesting reading. I used to be KJV-only, but this site brought some clarity to this topic for me.

Thanks for the links. I've been through the KJV only debate before. I use the Textus in my own study, but really do love the language of the ESV. It is not as stilted as the NASB. The ESV is honest, where the Nestle-Aasland text omits something in the TR, it footnotes it. I am fine with that. I find the translation is doctrinally sound.
