Aborted fetuses - saved?

I ran across a site where I found statistical data on abortion. The number is staggering: 40 million since 1973! The average per year is more than 1.3 million. That translates to about 5 every 2 minutes. That's more than the total mortality last World War II. To think that the vast majority in this nation are Christians is both sad and frightening, knowing the terror of the Lord!Now why are the unborn saved? PLease help. Scriptural references, please.

40 million since 1973!That is staggering :cry: can anyone dig up more recent statistics? How can God shrug at this murder? How long will the LORD wink at iniquity? I hear much in Leonard Ravenhill's preaching he used to quote these statistics to show how God is going to judge america. In which pulpits are they calling for repentance and for us to petition God for forgivness and mercy us.

Thanks for the reply crsschk. Also I found other threads like the unelected children and age of accountability to be helpful. I haven't gone through the whole site. There's such a feast here I can only go one meal at a time :-)
