Captives of Christ
He came to set the captives free
Reveal to them God's love
And by the eternal spirit
To be swept up in his might
For the battle is the Lords
As is all strength and right
He came to open eyes made blind
Restore them to his love
He came to be a light to men
Lead them to glory, light and love
He came that we might follow him
And learn to bare our cross
He came to set us free from sin
And cleanse from us the dross
In the fullness of his fathers love
And at the perfect time
He came to seek and save the lost
Our shepherd, God, divine
