Jesus told Nichodemis that we must be born again. What was he talking about? Born of the Spirit, right. How can we distinguish this new birth in our own life and others? Will our thinking change us any and how will it change us and in what ways?
How can a preacher or a layman give God’s Word on any subject when he has never experienced the subject or been through the things in which he speaks of? If he has never experienced these thing is he still qualified to speak on all subjects in life. The natural man does not understand the things of God, he cannot because they are spiritually discerned. It has been born in him to discern. How is it that some are more equipped to bring truth than others? Could it be through spiritual growth. Are we all at the same level in our spiritual growth? Does spiritual growth make us any more saved? Should it be our desire to be filled with HIS spirit? God’s Word tell us plainly that the best way to recognize our spiritual maturity is knowing good from evil in Hebrews 5:14.
How many have ever seen a man walk on water? How about turn a few fish and bread into many? Heal the sick, raise the dead. How do we believe? By faith and the Word of God. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. Hebrews 11:1-3
What did Jesus tell Thomas when he doubted? John 20:29 and 1 Peter 1:8-9 gives this truth about what gives the ability to believe without seeing. Is it neccesary that we believe these miracles and others that were not even recorded in the book? John 20:30-31 tells us that and neccesary for what? It is the only way we can have eternal life in his name. He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek HIM. Seek first the Kingdom of God and HIS righteousness and all these things will be added unto you. How does HIS church fit into this equation? How did HE feel about the church and should we be a part of it if we are physically able? The church is who HE is coming back for and to save from the woes. If one goes through the woes is he saved?
If we ever error on God’s power, which side will it be on? Luke 1:37. If we walk in the Spirit we do not have GOD”S advanced agenda schedule on where the spirit is taking us, but only where eventually HE will take us. Tis so sweet to trust in Jesus. Just to take Him at HIS WORD, Jesus, Jesus, Precious Jesus, oh for grace, to trust HIM more. The person that wrote this song truly understood God’s grace and the concept of HIS SPIRIT and how it leads and guides us.
How can we escape the woes and the wrath of God? Only through Jesus can we escape the WOES of GOD.
We all deserve the woes. Just at the right time HE sent HIS SON not into the world not to condemn it but that through HIM the world might be saved. What are the woes of GOD? A good question to ask and read for ourselves. These woes are found in HIS Word. Will God sent HIS church through the woes. What would it profit a man if he gained the whole world and lost his soul?
Jesus is the way, the truth and the life, no man comes to the FATHER but by HIM. If Jesus be lifted up, HE will draw all men to HIMSELF. He is our Blessed Hope. In him we live and move and have our being.
