Hello all,
My wife desires to read a good biography of Charles Haddon Spurgeon. I have one which is geared to preteens and is very basic. I'd like one with a little more meat. Can someone point me in the right direction?
Thanks,
Shannon Sumner

Wow! Let's hear it for Ian "Google" Smith, ladies and gentlemen! :::round of applause::: 8-)
Thanks for taking the time to provide all this research, Ian. I believe I'll have a look at it myself.
I think I'm done for now, I'm sure there is more out there, but this should give anyone here something to read for a while.
Thank you for your help.
I ended up purchasing [url=http://www.amazon.com/Forgotten-Spurgeon-Iain-H-Murray/dp/0851511562/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1202238357&sr=8-1]Forgotten Spurgeon by Iain H. Murray
My wife has trouble reading online books and I wasn't sure if she would be willing to put the effort into reading a 500+ page book.
No problem, I really need to read one of these biographies myself. I just purchased biographies of DL Moody and Robert Murray Mccheyne, so Spurgeon will have to wait.
