Biography on Wesley

I am wanting to read a biography on the life of John Wesley. Does anyone have any recommendations?

V. H. Green's 1964 biography, [i]John Wesley[/i], is a very detailed academic read.

John Polluck wrote [i]Wesley the Preacher[/i] which is less academic and but a much more interesting read.

Graham Maddox wrote [i]The Political Writings of John Wesley[/i] which detail his (limited) involvement in politics, especially in regard to slavery.
