what is the holy spirit in acts chapter 2

i dont know if i can find in acts chapter 2 who is recieving the holy spirit but i thought only christians who were saved get the holy spirit. it seems like people not christian could be getting the gifts and holy spirit. so based on this chapter can anyone give me evidence from scripture not opinions but scripture about what exactly is going on such as if it is only the christians getting the holy spirit here

Forgive me but I'm not sure I understand your question completely. Could you give us a little more detail on what you're looking for and exactly which verses in Acts might be showing that the Holy Spirit is given to non-believers?
