Hi Folks
Yesterday at work, I slipped on some ice at the construction site where I work as a carpenter, and broke my left wrist in several places. I will be seeing a specialist next week, as screws and steel plates may be needed to fix it. Could you please keep this in prayer.

I know what it is like to have a broken wrist.
It is very painful.
What's more, Jesus knows what it is like to have pain, and He is touched with the feelings of our infirmities.

Hi all
Just updating what has been happening since I first posted this thread.
I was in hospital this last Friday, and the doctors installed a plate, 7 screws, and a pin in my wrist. There will be a couple of months of recovery, and then I should be back to work. Those that prayed, Thank You.

Thankfully the first night after the operation was pretty sore, but it has been very manageable. I have only been taking one pain pill when I go to bed for when I roll over on it.
I do have to get more serious about my time with the Lord, as He has set this time aside for us. I just watched a movie called "Time Changer" that has really challenged me.
