Who can be saved?

Only those human beings who are loved by God with an everlasting love can be saved (Jer. 31:3).
Only those human beings who are the recipients of God’s sovereign, special, distinguishing grace can be saved (Eph. 2:5,8; II Tim. 1:9).
Only those human beings who were unconditionally elected to salvation in eternity past can be saved (Eph. 1:4-5,11; II Thes. 2:13-14; II Tim. 1:9).
Only those human beings who have been designated as Christ’s sheep can be saved (Isa. 53:6; 10:11,14-16,26-29).
Only those human beings who have been given by God the Father to God the Son can be saved (Jn. 6:37; 17:2,6,9,24).
Only those human beings who have been designated as His people can be saved (Isa. 53:8; Mat. 1:21).
Only those human beings who have been ordained to eternal life can be saved (Acts 13:48).
Only those human beings who have had their names written in the Lamb’s Book of Life can be saved (Rev. 13:8; 17:8).
Only those human beings for whom Christ died can be saved (Gal. 3:13; Heb. 9:12; Rom. 5:8-10; Eph. 2:13; Col. 2:21-22; II Cor. 5:18-19; I Jn. 2:1-2; Rom. 5:9; Mat. 26:28).
Only those human beings who are regenerated solely by the will of God can be saved (Jn. 1:12-13; Rom. 9:16; I Jn. 5:1).
Only those human beings who are effectually drawn by the Holy Spirit can be saved (Jn. 6:44,65).
Only those human beings who can see the kingdom of God can be saved (Jn. 3:3).
Only those human beings who can hear Christ’s speech or word can be saved (Jn. 8:43,47).
Only those human beings who can understand spiritual truth can be saved (Rom. 3:11; I Cor. 2:14; II Cor. 4:3-4; Eph. 4:18).
Only those human beings who can submit to God’s word (Rom. 8:7), please God (Rom. 8:8), and do God’s will (Ps. 110:3; Phil. 2:13) can be saved.
Only those human beings who are given the gifts of repentance and faith can be saved (Acts 5:31; 11:18; 18:27; Rom. 10:17; 12:3; Gal. 5:22).

Rom 10:13 for, Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved

Rom 10:14-15 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? and how shall they preach, except they be sent? even as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that bring glad tidings of good things!

God's grace is freely given because of the merits
of Christ's righteous sacrifice on the cross.
God desires all men to repent and come to the
knowledge of His saving grace and truth and
receive salvation through His Only Son. The
only condition is "whosoever will receive by
faith". His promises are for everyone!!
