Lost a best friend

Yesterday morning, I lost one of my best friends.
He was found in his home by my brother in law, who was his neighbor and even closer to him than I was. His name was Jim. He went through a divorce a few years back and lived with his 8 year old daughter.He was an alcoholic who,just last week,confided in me that he was seeking help.He was actively involved in our local church and got me and my whole family involved.
He was the most giving man I ever knew. He was let go of his job a few months ago and still managed to keep a smile on his face.In the last year, I brought him closer to Christ,talked often to him about being saved and we even tried getting our little community of friends involved in church and reading the bible.Now he is gone and we are all in complete shock.He was known to have seizures and the last night of his life, He was detoxing from alcohol very bad.We didnt know if we should get him to a hosipital or not.We tried but he didnt want to go.
Please pray for his daughter Emily,his neighbors and me and my family. He was the first friend of mine to die. I haver never experienced such a close loss like this before. He was only 40 years old.

I appreciate all the kind words and prayers!
I am also trying to search out some audio sermons on death on this website.I have only found one by Billy Graham. Does anyone know of any others that I can play for me and my family?
