With T. Austin Sparks, London 1938.It is interesting that Watchman Nee cultivated a great relationship with T. Austin Sparks and stayed with him for 4 months if I am not mistaken. If anyone else knows more details about this relationship it would be fasinating to know about it. I will try and dig some more stuff up also.
I always thought Watchman Nee was a gigantic man like Tony Robbins of today. But T. Austin Sparks just towers over Nee, by a couple of inches :) :-)
Remember photos can be deceptive. It looks like where they are standing there might be a grade to it. It's possible that Sparks is standing a little behind up the grade giving the illusion he was much taller than Nee. Nee was very tall for a Chinese, he was 6 ft.Kevin
Actually, Watchman Nee stayed for over a year at the Honor Oak Road Christian Fellowship Centre (where TAS ministered). I even had opportunity to visit there and see the little outhouse at which he stayed!
