So live, so act, you sons of God, that the world

Thanks for a very uplifting post and a subject that has been on my mind. Something that I have only recently given any thought to.

John 1
11. He came unto his own, and his own received him not.
12. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
13. Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

Before the death burial and resurrection of our Lord, John said that men were given the power to become sons of God.

After The Holy Spirit was poured out and they was converted, John wrote:

“Beloved, now are we the sons of God”

to live up to our high calling!!
