Daniel was asked to interpret a dream for the king of Babylon. The dream was sorely against the king and I suppose if Daniel had wanted to, he may have had an occasion here to speak evil of the king.

rejoiced that the king was to fall
brought many charges and accusations against him
told him how deserving he was of the judgment
Instead, he says
