What does "slain in the spirit" mean?

I depends on what you mean by being slain in the spirit.

Do you have an example from scripture that we can go by?

The best definition I can give you is overwhelmed
by the glory, majesty, and presense of the Living
God!!

"slain in the spirit" is when people "fall in the spirit" (fall to the ground in a bit of a spiritual trance), something common amongst petecostals and in hispanic churches no matter if baptist or pentecostal.

hope that helps :)

i think that's one way of looking at, im not sure if there is any other.
