The Five Hundred @ Atlanta October 18th

Don't know if y'all have seen this or not. Transplant Ministries is doing an outreach on the night the conference ends, October 18th, in Atlanta. It's called "The Five Hundred" and the goal is to get 500 believers out to downtown Atlanta afterwards to DO evangelism.

I just talked on the phone with the brother that is organizing the 500 evangelist event and they are going to try to even have some venues open for preaching with amplification. It will be interesting to see if some of the speakers from the Deeper Conference come out to the streets in this way or even any of the speakers from the revival conference?

Greg,

Yes, Lord willing, there will be several folks with small amplification units for OA preaching. We'll be bringing two units and I know of one other team bringing at least one.

We have a permit for Centennial Olympic Park for one of the teams that will be going, but amplification is not allowed there. We'll just have to do it like Whitefield there.

Keep in prayer venue selection. We are trying to find large events to focus on, but not much is scheduled that weekend so far in Atlanta. If anyone hears of any big sporting events, festivals, etc., please email me at ~~[email]~~jon@lostcauseministries.com[/email].

Brethren,

Currently there are 152 registered to come to evangelize for one night in downtown atlanta, if you are planning to come to the revival conference, consider coming abit earlier and take part in this event, all you need to be able to do is hand out tracts, not all will be open air preaching.
