sermonindex Jul 8, 2008

I once saw hinn throw a lady out of our church in Toronto in 1983
because she was having a seizure on the platform.
His henchmen accompaned her out and hinn stated that it was satan disrupting the show... er service.
She died about 6 months later. She was known to be a faithfull
follower of Jesus. Most people will fall for everything in religion, everything but the Truth.

Could I ask why you have posted this?

Thanks.

Hinn has always bothered me, since 1979 when he
started his "ministry" here in Toronto.
Something about him reminds me of satan.
Could it be his pride? his arrogance? his false doctrine? his preying on the sick and suffering? his bad combover?
Got to admit though the new guy Bentley is giving
him a run for the money, and I do mean money.

Even though I'm not a fan by any stretch of the imagination of Bentley or Hinn, I find your spirit repulsive. You need to repent sir.

Repent? already did that when I recieved the LORD JESUS CHRIST as my savior. I also repent daily
of my failings. However repenting of what I see and feel by the SPIRIT of JESUS I will not do.

Your posts are edifying for they do not flow out of a spirit of grace. They simply wreak of contention. Your discernment about these men might be right, but as right as you might be, you are still wrong.

sermonindex Jul 9, 2008

you do NOT KNOW anything about what spirit they flow out of.
Your JUDGEMENT of me is based on your OWN perception
and nothing else.

I rest my case.

sermonindex Jul 9, 2008

you have no case to rest

I believe we are misinterpreting people's comments here. I founds when I first was using discussion forums my words were not conveying my heart and attitudes as best as they could but still they did show what was in my heart.

I encourage you Jimmy to check on your posts when you first started on sermonindex. We all have alot of growing to do. I do agree though the comments just on benny hinn in this manner are not very constructive. We do try and allow better discussions that can be referenced to the future and used by saints all across the world. What type of example are we setting?

If hinn tells a person that they are healed of an organic illness
because of divine intervention at his meeting
and then the same person dies of the same illness shortly thereafter:

Does hinn's actions as a medical practitioner in such events
attach a measure of responsibility regarding the persons death?

If so why has he not been prosecuted by the law for medical malpractice?
