Clayton Dougan - A native of Scotland, Clayton, with his wife Isobel, was, for twenty years, the "Counties" evangelist for East Sussex before moving to Canada in 1984. The Dougans are now based in Victoria, B.C. serving the Lord under the auspices of Evangelism International and in association with International Teams of Canada. Clayton's ministry is that of strengthening churches as a preaching and teaching evangelist and he has been privileged to travel widely in that capacity.
