We need to pray and think before we write. The moderators who sometimes don’t know if they locked a thread too late or too early cannot undue the damage that has already been made public.
They don’t really know for sure whether they should have locked it at all. The reason I say this, is because the words said can not be erased; and some clarity that could have cleared some things up is not given the opportunity in a locked thread.
Brethren we need to be careful how we post with one another because we are witnessing to the world our character. We need to pray for our moderators and listen to them because they have the responsibility over these threads.
I believe there are times when you must PM a person and communicate with them in private trying to resolve any differences.
Fret not thyself over evil doers. Brethren let’s not lose our focus and become obsess with any one thing or person that we just can’t seem to get over at the expense of our brethren.
Pr 16:28 A froward man soweth strife: and a whisperer separateth chief friends.
Pr 17:9 He that covereth a transgression seeketh love; but he that repeateth a matter separateth very friends.
A good example is that a thread was recently locked, but the matter jumped over to another thread, but thank God through the love, patience, and wise words of the moderator a healing began to take place in one of our brethren.
Let it not be said here, that we are the soldiers who kill their wounded.
