NEW SI NEWSLETTER (beta)

Saints,

We are trying out a new format for the newsletter, instead of a graphical email that costs money to send out we are going to use the "google group" system which is free. And instead of having a email once a month, we are going to try and have 3-4 emails each week with powerful articles, audio and video sermons.

I sent out a email blast to all the subscribers to signup for this. PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO DO THIS, it will save money and will enable the ability to send more emails then just "once" a month.

I did not get an e-mail blast as near as I know. But then I'm new and have only gotten one newsletter. I signed up to day. I am also with the SI revival conference praying group. With such little web experience I have questions. I now have one google account with two SI groups.

#1 Will I still get e-mails to my hotmail from the prayer group? Of the newsletter? Or do I need to go to the google place for one or both.

#2 There were messages inside the prayer-group group I did not recall/could not find in my e-mail account (Jim June 27). I could not make a news letter come up. Also the “Your 7-day activity” showed “1 discussion reply” but not how to view that. I am thinking no one should reply to anything I say because I’ll never be able to read it. I selected “send each e-mail” thinking all e-mail would come to hotmail.

I’m asking this here because I do not know if I could successfully ask, or find/open an answer at the google. :oops: The site looks like a great set-up. Thank you for mercy and grace to a straggling one.

Whatever email you signed up with the emails will go there.

on your other notes I am not sure exactly what the problem was. perhaps they were messages before you signed up. I am glad you signed up for the newsletter.

Many have found it easiest to simply send a blank email here:
sermonindex-subscribe@googlegroups.com

That is the easiest way to subscribe to the list.
