Almost Arrested

I need some advice or help. We were open air preaching at our County Fair and the Sheriffs said we had to leave and could not preach or we would be arrested. That the people who run fair did not want us there. Any help would be appreciated. Please pray for us we will be there tonight and tomorrow.

If the property is private property, or public property that has been rented out/reserved for private use, then they can legally arrest you/fine you. If you are on a public sidewalk, however, they can't really do anything about it. I'm guessing, but you are probably trying to preach on local county fairgrounds, which to my knowledge, do not qualify as a place to demonstrate your first ammendment.
