Biblical illituracy

In our culture with the rise of Television and other things,
what is the biblical literacy rate among the people of god, not elsewhere but in your own church.

And the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one that is learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I cannot; for it is sealed:

With Christian Bookshops closing, how many of us spend time with the word of god, I know most people on this site do!
Why are all the christian bookshops closing, do people do not love the word of god anymore!
