Has anyone heard the Valley of Vision Music CD? I am interested in knowing how the songs sound-the songs on this cd I believe are the actual prayers of the valley of vision book. Does anyone have any insight on the cd?
I have heard it. There are some great songs on the CD, and they are modeled after the prayers in the book. The lyrics are wonderful.
I believe you can listen to the sample on the Sovereign Grace website. I prefer more mellow music, so I just individually purchased those songs.
We were just given this cd by some friends. The words are powerful and show God's sovereign grace. The music is a mix of lovely quiet solos and louder upbeat songs. Sorry but have no more insight. But its worth listening to.
This is a great cd. The songs are all completely saturated in good theology and the wonderful sovereignty of God.
I would also recommend the Sovereign Grace cd - "Songs for the Cross Centered Life" If you want to listen to music that fixes heart and mind upon the precious Savior and the excellencies of the gospel.
Then again, I may be a little biased because I go to a Sovereign Grace church here in Harrisburg, PA
