Deity of Christ?

hello all,
I was reading through the book of Titus and noticed that Paul refers to "God our savior" and then "Christ Jesus our savior" or "Our savior Jesus Christ" (chapter 1:3,4; chaper 2:10,13; chapter 3:4,6). Would it be legitimate to use this parallel as a case for the deity of Christ? I don't want to use faulty reasoning on this one.

Well I do know that Hebrews 1:1-14 Speaks of the Deity of christ. Plus many more scriptures

1. It speaks of his Immutabality (verse 12)
2. His Absolute Sovereignty (verse 3)

Which are two attributes given to the Father Found in Daniel 4:17,35, 1 Chronicles 29:11-12 and James 1:17 Malachi 3:6 also there is something very powerful about hebrews 1 verse 8 which says

But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.

Jesus is called GOD by the father which proves his deity. also in John 20:28 Thomas says my Lord and my GOD. talking to Jesus that is.

It looks as if the samething is being revealed in these passages revealed here in Titus. I know this is more than what you asked but just wanted to share that with you. Be blessed Dear friend

are One and the same Saviour; proving the Trinity
true!!

Thanks for the responses, I was just reading Hebrews and thinking how Paul was presenting Christ in the first five chapters, how awesome it it when in Chapter 6 he says

"Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ..."

There is so much to comprehend from that book of Hebrews. Anyone else have any thoughts on the verses I listed in Titus? Has anyone else heard of those scriptures being used to prove the deity of Christ?
