So what does it mean to have the mind of Christ?
To be equal with God. If "God was in Christ reconciling the world to himself" Arent we to do the same thing? God is in us right? We are the throne room of God. So were equal with God because Christ was equal with God, if we have the mind of Christ.It is biblical that the whole world is reconciled. All sin is paid for. Thats the hang up. Thats when we become "double minded". Are we or arent we forgiven? Are we forgiven for the sins that weve commited in the past only. No! Were forgiven for every sin that we ever have or will commit.
This may be a common notion but it is wrought with error. It seems you are taking many things on gratis and simply repeating them, have you ever took to study if these things are so?
The whole world is not reconciled nor forgiven and in no way are we 'equal' with God. Furthermore ascribing that future sins are forgiven in this same fashion is a great presumption, shall we sin that grace may abound? God forbid.
Sanctification has NOTHING to do with sin.
It has everything to do with it.

From G37; properly purification, that is, (the state) purity; concretely (by Hebraism) a purifier: - holiness, sanctification.
For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication: That every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honour; Not in the lust of concupiscence, even as the Gentiles which know not God: That no man go beyond and defraud his brother in any matter: because that the Lord is the avenger of all such, as we also have forewarned you and testified. For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness. 1Th 4:3-7
But if we don't have the mind of Christ, it's,"Oh what a poor wretch that I am. I'm such a sinner." It's that Romans chapter 7 kind of faith. So how do we know we are like God. We have HIS righteousness, and the faith of Jesus Christ. We already have it we don't have to do anything but SEE that we have it. Everyone has it they just don't know it. God has dealt a measure of faith to every man.Rom.12:3 We have to open their eyes so the comforter can take refuge and comfort. Why do they think God hates them. "An enemy hath done this."
Again, a repeating of common era Christian notion. There is no such thing as a 'Romans 7 kind of faith' it's a trite, worn out ad nauseum postulating that there is some grand distinction between the unfortunate chapter breaks. If you read it in context Paul is making an assessment not a 'that was then, this is now' argument. It is written in present tense vernacular, besides this self-debasing language is throughout his letters and proven out by others ...
It is difficult to know where to start brother but you are promoting much of what was recently debunked in Paul Washers recent message on "Ten Indictments". It has elements of the gospel of self-esteem and cannot be distilled simply down to a matter of "SEEING" as you have it but ultimately is one of knowing. The answer to the larger question you are positing here is of regeneration, this is what and where the error starts and ends with, You must be born again. It is not platitudes nor repetition of contrived prayer but new life of a regenerated spirit that the person knows in and of themselves that a dramatic change has taken place, not that it is told them, coaxed out of them or manipulated to them. They will profess because they can do nothing otherwise. How does this all take place? It certainly varies with the mystery of God's workings in any individual and the Lord said as much of a truth;
The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit. Joh 3:8
But there is no mistaking when it comes.
Brother, search out this site. Plug some of these words like sanctification and regeneration into the search engine. Read and listen to some of the old Puritans and compare them to what you are presenting here, there is a world of difference in the constructs of this day and hour.
