I witnessed to him for the first time, me and him haven't talked for months, please pray for his soul to know jesus christ as his saviour. I am a little fearful about preaching to him, if you can pray for me.

If you have already witnessed to him, then the Holy Spirit will show him.
God never works on our time schedule.
