Hi folks
The following is some thoughts on "pray without ceasing", identified by church Fathers as the Prayer of the Heart. Just read it after my pastor recommended it - looks good, time to practice I suppose.

My pastor told me of how this short piece of prayer liturgy mentioned in this article had revolutionised his prayer life. Am starting to implement it myself and it seems to have potential for getting my head in the right place for fellowship with Him.
