The Mystery of Godliness!!!

L

I Timothy 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God
was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels,
preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up
into glory.

1. Salvation manifested.

I John 3:5 And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in
him is no sin

2. Love manifested.

I John 4:9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that
God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live
through him.

3. Power manifested.

I John 3:8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from
the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested,
that he might destroy the works of the devil.

4. Life manifested.

I John 1:2 (For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness,
and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and
was manifested unto us

5. Glory manifested.

John 2:11 This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and
manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him.

6. His works manifested.

John 9:3 Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but
that the works of God should be made manifest in him.

7. God manifested.

John 1:18 No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is
in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.

Titus 1:3 But hath in due times manifested his word through preaching,
which is committed unto me according to the commandment of
God our Savior;

Col 1:27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory
of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the
hope of glory:

Heb 1:1 God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past
unto the fathers by the prophets,
1:2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath
appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;

John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld
his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of
grace and truth.

Oh, the wonder that God would choose to send
His Beloved Son to be the Word made flesh;
to reveal His grace and glory!!

Oh, the mercy that the Lamb of God would choose
to suffer and die for a lost and fallen world;
to pay the debt of our great sin!!

Oh, the hope that the gospel of God brings to
us; the promise of life eternal because HE is
risen!!

Oh, the mystery!! Not only does Christ live;
He lives in us and through us!!
