Hi, I'm Dan Brown

Hello, everyone! I am Dan and I'm reside in a little community in NW Louisiana called Elm Grove which is about 20 miles southeast of Shreveport, with mt beloved, Sheila, my wife of over 30 years. I am 54 and we have 2 children and 3 grandchildren and 1 on the way. I have been involved with the Christian Music Ministry since about 1982 and give bi-monthly devotionals at a small Baptist church in Haughton, LA.I play acoustic guitar and sing and have 2 CDs out, one (2002) with some friends and a new one of my wife and my duets. I really admire Keith Green's music and teachings and found this site while searching for devotional ideas. I live on a dirt road without any near neighbors and don't work and haven't since Oct' 02, due to as yet uncontrolled epileptic seizures and although I sing at other churches and give my CDs away for donations much like the late Mr. Green did, I have no typical outside job although my wife works full time as a receptionist at a halfway house for teens with substance abuse problems. I was a successful hospital communications salesman for 20 years until it became unwise for me to drive any longer, but I know God has a plan yet unrevealed to me and I trust Him explicitly!Blessed, and in His grip, Dan
