A good Hebrew/English Bible...?

Greetings!

My sister-in-law is a freshman in college and is taking a course in Biblical Hebrew.

My mom was going to give her a hardcover Bible called an "Exegesis" (at least, the title on the cover) that opened right to left and had the Hebrew written first, followed by a word-for-word English translation beneath and then the wording of the King James Version beneath that. My mom couldn't seem to find it (she might have loaned it out), so I was wondering if anyone else knew of a good one that might be helpful for her Hebrew class. Lucia plans on taking the next few Biblical Hebrew courses here at Stanford, so this would be used for years to come.

ccchhhrrriiisss I would check to see if Dr Spiros Zodhiates has anything that would be of any use to you. I know his material has helped me on the Greek side of the bible.

It has a literal translation over each word with the strongs numbers also. It is interesting because you can see how the word order is different and how difficult it would actually be to translate some of the texts.

this isent a interlinear bible, but i think it would be a very good bible for anyone learning hebrew or greek.

it has a very good setting, one single column with the KJV and in the left margin the Hebrew words and in the right English. And its a good one when interested in moods tenses and other such things that has to do with the original languages that gets missed in translating into english.

I have also found the Hebrew and Greek Interlinear by Jay Green, mentioned by Robert to be most valuable. There might be a better one out there, but I have not run into it yet.
