FEATURE: New image placeholders

I have re-done all the Image Placeholders in the Photos and Downloads section so that they have an original SermonIndex look and feel to them. I am trying to set apart SermonIndex in look from every other sermon site even though I have used alot of their looks and features I think its fair and wise to try and to the best of my ability give this site a unique look in every aspect.See the images in the downloads section here!
