Has anyone thought that the revival will happen outside the physical church, rebuking the physical churchs?

Maybe churches need to start preaching on

Psalm 121:4
Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.

Does the church sleep and slumber regarding Israel?
Isnt Israel the hearth?

Has anyone thought that the revival will happen outside the physical church, rebuking the physical churchs?

The next 'major' happening amongst God's people will definitely involve those currently outside the current institutional structures and our Lord sending some of them back in to rebuke and confront people, most especially the leadership. The only question is when and where will it begin.?.?.?
