G'day all, to help you when you're witnessing, Operation 513 has released a gospel tract that's a large Australian $100 dollar note with a gospel message on it.

I find that people absolutely love it and very regularly when I am handing out the tracts, people come back asking for more of them to give out to their friends. These tracts will even work overseas, as many people love the look of the Australian Money.

It's also an easy conversation starter, because when they ask what is it for, you can say, "On the back it asks you the Big Money question: If you were to die today would you go to Heaven? What do you think?" And take it from there.

They're only $5 a pack of 100, and you can order them off the Operation 513 Web Store (pictures of it there too).

I hope this will tract help you in the task that every Christian has to make disciples of all nations.

While we're on the topic of tracts, what is your favourite gospel tract?

i don't think my favorite tract has been made yet, but i could be wrong. i would love if there was a tract based on galatians where the Word talks about those being accursed who teach a gospel other than what paul taught (the clear Biblical true gospel, no humanism, no religiosity). then it could have all, or at least several, of the Scriptures that were written to show what the true gospel really is. this came into my heart the other day, actually, so i'm grateful you asked.

...and welcome to sermonindex!

My favorite is Living Water by Greg Laurie.

My least favorite is "Thou Hypocrite" by the Old Paths Tract Society, which makes the Gospel seem about as appetizing as cod liver oil.

The weirdest is by a bunch of lunatics called the Church of the Subgenius which says, "Guaranteed eternal salvation for one dollar or TRIPLE your money back!"

Isn't op513 Ray Comfort's ministry?

And isn't Australia some island off the coast of New Zealand?

Isn't op513 Ray Comfort's ministry?

Na, Ray Comfort's ministry is Living Waters and Way of the Master. However, Operation 513 does follow most of the evangelism principles that Ray teaches and puts them into practice with weekly evangelism teams.

And isn't Australia some island off the coast of New Zealand?

Haha, Ray seems to think so. :)

I was doing street evangelism last Friday night. About 1:30 we stopped to talk to a young man as he was going home and offer him a tract. Even though he was a little under the influence of alchol, he said he had a better tract than the one we had and opened his wallet and pulled out one of living waters million pound tracts. A work collegue had given it to him and he kept it in his wallet. People do like these tracts.
Keep sowing the good seed.
