His Purity

Oh most holy God, Thy purity courses through me with such divine grace that my heart feels as though it might burst. Oh how can a creature such as I even begin to comprehend the greatness of all that Thou art.

Oh how vain and foolish are my thoughts in the light of Thy countenance. Oh how wicked is the bent of my heart in the light of Thy glorious Love. I pray, O Lord, that all of the evil that is within me would be cast into the depths of the sea, never again to rise in the face of Thy good, and perfect, way. I pray, O Lord, that I might be pure in Thee.
