Promise to Israel or the Church

Can Christians claim the promise from Joel 2:25. Which promises in the Old Testament are for the Church and which for Israel?

Yes, I believe the Church can claim those promises.

James, in Acts 15:16, applies Amos 9:11 to the church consisting of both Jews and Gentiles, however, the promise in Amos appeared to only refer to Israel.

So, it appears the Apostles interpreted these promises as being fulfilled in the Church.
