Who are the Righteous in this statement?

"Go into the world and make disciples . . . . . teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you . . ."
Matthew 28:19-20 (KJV)

Teach and baptize who, sinners or the righteous?

Paul makes it clear none our righteous no not one in romans, that also is from the psalms. The righteous as far as i know means to be perfect without sin.

They are the self-rigteous. Their religion is inclined towards 'works', traditions, and dogmas.

They tend to have delusion of grandeur and paranoia. Their ways is often marked with arrogance, intolerance, violence, verbal and physical abuse.

They are bent towards intellectualization and false accusations. Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth (2tim 3:7).
