Does he describe a pathway to being entrusted by our heavenly Father with such works on His behalf?

Or, do you think he's not talking about what [i][b]you[/i][/b] mean by 'miracles', but simply urging us to lay hold on God's resources when [u]we[/u] need them - to minister to others, [i](of course)[/i]?
