Hello saints, i wanted to inform those who are hungry for Gods word and might have chance to attend this conference in Norway.

Welcome to Bible Weekend with Zac Poonen 2009
Danvik Folk High School, Fagerlibakken 1, NO-3046 Drammen

The first weekend in July, the Indian bible teacher Zac Poonen will speak at a conference in
Drammen. The teaching is especially geared towards young people, but people of all age
groups who would like to attend are most welcome.

Zac Poonen has been serving God as a bible teacher in India for nearly 50 years. In 1975,
together with a few other families, he started the assembly Christian Fellowship Centre in
Bangalore, India. In the years that followed, the work in Bangalore has grown, spreading to
other cities in India and to cities in other countries. Poonen has ministered in Norway a
number of times previously. In 2007 and 2008 he held a similar Bible Weekend for young people in Drammen. Many articles, books and spoken messages by Zac Poonen are available online at www.cfindia.com (in English) and www.ordetslys.no (in Norwegian).

During his visit to Norway, Poonen will also be a guest speaker at other meetings as well – in
Oslo on 30 June, Sandefjord on 1st July, Oslo 2nd July and Kongsberg on 5 July. Check for

Last years messages, a good way to pepare and at the same time learn some norweigian before you come to the conferance ;-) Hope to see some people there, if anyone have questions o wondering something PM me or e-mail anyone in the contact link in original post.

yes they will be available shortly after the conference and ill give a link to the messages the conference are mainly directed towards young people and the theme of the conference is how to get the most out of your life. All are welcome to visit, and i encourage all to listen to the last years messages. They are filled with very good spiritual food and encouragement and exhortations to live holy for Christ

wanted to bump this, we had two days with brother Poonen here so far, it has been very encouraging and very powerful meetings, we had one meeting in our local church Tuesday evening, a powerful message from book of malachi, with focus onn sacrificing our best to the Lord, and the most illuminating word i ever heard on cain and abel.

Last night there was a meeting in another church and it was very good, about being honest and true and "cast" away our masks we put on to seem better then we are before men and God. Many testified the where delivered in many ways spiritually and it was a very powerful meeting.

tomorrow the conference starts and all who might have a chance are welcome to attend, tonight there is a "local" meeting, if anyone need directions or help contact some of the persons in the link in the first post in this thread.

and those far away that can not attend here in norway, i encourage you to see brother poonen if he comes "near" you this summer, i know he is going to america soon and all brethren there who have a chance should try make it.

i was not able t attend most of the messages due to i had to be home with my family, but they went well, it is a great blessing hearing brother zac "live" and my experience was that i meet with the Lord and "heard" a word from him, many was "delivered" as they testified after one of the meetings, i believe it is the second message about honesty and truth, and casting away our mask we easily put on to appear holier then we are ans more spiritual then we in reality are. Truly a great message.

Also it is great to see some of the speakers that many are listening to, brother zac is very humble and from the little i could meet with him i sense he "weigh" every word he speaks, and he has lot of wisdom that he freely shares and blesses all who have question, he take time for all who come to him and fellowship with all.

the whole experience just "reinforce" my gratitude and my thankfulness to God for his servants. I hope you will be blessed from the messages
