How do you organize your prayers?

Question: for those of you that organize your prayers (maybe you use manila folders), what is your system of organization?

Traditionally, I walk and pray, but rarely write anything down. I am starting to think that it would be a good thing to write down my prayers. I came across one by D.A. Carson, thought it helpful, but would like other input.

what you are seeking GOD for; also leave some
space to write down how HE has answered your
prayers!
