Prayer for Jordan

Dear SI family,

For those of you who know about my grandson/son Jordan [url=https://www.sermonindex.net/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=22326&forum=44&48](here)[/url] I request prayer. We were about 20 minutes from service time yesterday, when one of the nurses who watches him came to get me saying that something was wrong. He was having a seizure. He has had some in the past but it has been a long time since he has had a very bad one. I saw immediately that he was headed for a "status" seizure, and so gave him an emergency rectal dose of valium to try to prevent the seizure from getting out of control but it was too late to prevent a full blown 'tonic clonic'. He stopped breathing about 6 minutes after the seizure started and we had to do cpr until the ambulance arrived. The church had arrived by that time and started praying and 17 minutes after stopping breathing he started back.

We are in the hospital doing tests. I know that God has spared him again, and for that I am grateful.

I believe that one day around the throne of God that little life that has endured so much suffering on earth will be a special instrument of praise and glory to God.

Father, Thank-you for touching Jordan.
Continue to bring him forth.
We know you are the Healer.
Strengthen his Family.

Thank God, we are going home... short stay this time. God does answer prayer! No complications found, just one of those mysterious happenings known to God for His purpose.
