I am going but I checked the alcf website and didn't see any announcements of his visit. I sure hope it wasn't cancelled!

oh no! Well apparently he visits that church often so I'm sure you'll get a chance again. During service one of the pastors said that whenever brother Poonen visits America they see if it's possible for him to speak at the church (alcf).

Brother Zac comes to the USA once or twice every year! and yes he does come to that californian church each year I believe.

Hi bobmcd510,

Yeah, this is the second time we missed him. My wife and I have visited that congregation several times. In fact, my sister-in-law is a college student at Stanford, and she attends that church (with quite a few other Stanford students) during semesters. One day, she called us to tell us all about this great preacher that she knew that we would like, but she couldn't remember his name. Lo and behold -- it was Brother Zac Poonen!

The church is less than three miles from our house, so we hope to visit the next time our brother Zac is in town.
