Missions - MINISTRY. Who can advise?

Hi all dear redeemed in the same blood.
I am minister, founder of 7 local churches from Slovakia, Europe. We have 5 children and presently we are in situation when I must look for job to support my family. My idea is that if I must leave my country for a job, why not to join a ministry, mission team or any other group that is missing minister. I can go any country needed. (Here are for instance many "ministers" in Slovakia and Europe, who are "missionaries", who never got even a person converted to Christ and they live a simple christian life of average christian or less and they just attend some church meetings and are payed as "missionaries". They go 3x a year to Izrael or Egypt to meet their firends-missionaries calling that a "mission trip" but it is nothing but mere vacations payed form mission funds.)
Can anybody suggest...?

You would need to have a job first before you join a ministry in that area. That seems logical.

Great to have you registered on the website. May the Lord bless you and enourage you as you seek more of Him. If you haven't yet do listen to these life-changing messages:
