SermonIndex Backend changes

Saints,

I have made some changes overall on sermonindex.net including the forums and the front page. Most of them are backend changes that will not be noticeable. The site should be loading faster now especially the front end page. I am working some more on this so overall the site will load faster on 56k connections across the world that access this site in countries like Africa, middle east, etc.
