If it will amount to laziness or being irresponsible.
But there are just persons who have very poor outlook in life or are just despondent probably because of some big failures or bad experiences.
Or_ he is maybe too stressed at the moment, or like the one I know who is suffering from bipolar disorder.
On the otherhand, there are situations where taking a slower approach can be beneficial. For example in the field of Christian ministry, leadership, and evangelism where many got on board prematurely.
