I highly recommend this book , i am at ch. 8, but he has answered some really tough questions about the scriptures in the old testament that many many people have had a hard time accepting like the killing of children and women from the caananites and others, the man who was struck dead by the ark of covenant by God. Their is a few more he goes througjh. Also he talks about martin luther in his book. I think it should be a great interest of yours, but you can't go wrong.
